Пирожки "бомбы"- Pies "Bombs"
Ingredients: Dough: Flour - 3-3,5 st. Water ( boiling) - 1 tbsp. Rast . Oil - 4 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Filling: Tomatoes - 5 pcs. Feta cheese ( or cottage cheese ) - 200 grams Garlic - 2 tooth. Greens Salt Preparation : Cut tomatoes into slices . Knead cheese fork , then add salt if the cheese , squeeze through chesnokodavilku garlic, add chopped greens and stir. In the water ( boiling water ), stir sugar and salt , add the vegetable oil. Add the flour . Knead a soft dough. Letting the dough rest for 30 minutes. Roll out half the dough into a large thin layer .
